No. A good proportion of the Rolex we buy arrive without them. Papers make a watch easier to sell on and that is reflected in the offer, but they have never been a condition of us buying.

Yes. A watch that is not running, has a cracked crystal or needs a full service still holds serious value. We price in the cost of the work and tell you exactly what that allowance is, so you can see it rather than just feel it in a lower number.

If you are in Manchester, Cheshire or anywhere in the North West, we do, from our showroom in Hale, Altrincham. Anywhere else in the UK, we collect from your door by insured courier at no cost. Open seven days, 9am to 5pm.
